Sure, it's an annual thing - we shouldn't be suprised or otherwise, but didn't it seem like a long, cold, lonely spring? Well not anymore? Summer is finally, definitively here. No more days in the 70s with cool evenings - FINALLY, we can have that nice soggy 82 degrees at the (heat) stroke of midnight! Because this is the kind of weather that we humans love to stand outside in, in the beating hot sun for hours with hundreds (or thousands) of other sweaty people just to catch a glimpse of your favorite hot act (because nothing is not hot) through a state-of-the-art (yet somehow bullshit) sound system? Because it's SUUUUUMMER, man! Being hot and uncomfortable is what it’s all about, so why not try to alleviate that misery with some elevated tunes in the heat from some of our finest Drag Citizens!

Yeah. In the forthcoming weeks, the ENTIRE WORLD is going to be a hotbed (even the bed is hot) of summer festival activity. Your job? Get out there! Consider it your duty, to let your freak flag fry and represent! And consider this only a warm up for the election this fall! Get out there! With the likes of Ty Segall, Jessica Pratt, White Fence, Faun Fables, Bonny Bajas, Scout Niblett, Sir Richard Bishop, Joanna Newsom, Cate Le Bon, Aladair Roberts and Wand performing at various fests, the chances of you having a good time are damn near the 90s! Pack up that sunscreen, buy that plane ticket and we’ll see you in hell.
