As ever, Hissmanager Mike Polizze bends his sunshine melodies through a hazy delivery cut through with his sharp and slouching riffs - but Breeze is unlike last year's High Bias, which gleamed with the kind of studio finish that made Water On Mars so incandescent. Here, Purling Hiss pours the kind of homegrown brew that made us fall HARD for Public Service Announcement a few years back, with a special light touch this time around that makes the wistful qualities sting all the better.

The video for "Park Bench Imagination" glows prismatic-lly, exuding a warmth so desperately needed around the USA this winter season. With warped and unraveling guitars drizzling down from high above in the clouds, Polizze's sweetly disillusioned chorus is a gentle hook ripe for endless repeats as you go nowhere special in a very special way.
