Is it just us or is 2016 a snooze thus far? Where are the It Girls of yesterday? Like what's our diminutive thrush, Jessica Pratt, got up to these days? We're not worried about JP making new friends - people have responded so amazingly to the austere, pristine clarity and gentle strength of her performances; marveling at how depth and feeling emerges from such deceptively singular song craft. Pratt's On Your Own Love Again is quietly making its way into classic album domain (thank us in twenty years when the retrospective pieces start appearing through your Google implant): the opportunity to see Jessica in these unique live settings is freaking essential!
