Citizens of the UK, it should go without saying that this is a time OF GREAT UNREST! And yet, with the fate of the world in the balance, we can't simply act as if it's still business as usual! Amidst the uncertainty, however, the levelheadedness of Scotland's finest son, Alasdair Roberts, REMAINS! And with an arresting arpeggio on the trusty six-string, he's sizing up the future and seizing the moment to settle his immediate surroundings with song! Naturally, we're talking about a few mini-runs through that recalcitrant fiefdom to the south, the (un-)United Kingdom! Aladsair won't hit the continent or anywhere else in the European Union for now, but all of that could (and should!) change soon. So let's play it cool for the time being, and only concern ourselves with what we can control (and don't have to vote on); ie, our ability to see the fab folkisms of Alasdair Roberts in your town, whether you're in Wales, Devon, Sussex, the midlands, Yorkshire or even bonnie auld Scotland! Ali's done all the work, now it's your turn - all you gotta do is show up! Surely you've learned your lesson, citizens of Britain - at least, show up.
